Freedom Sessions and Stays - You Choose

     Manual Therapy

Are you ready to get out of pain, tightness, tension, weakness, or improve your balance?

 

When Rayna evaluates your body, she takes the time to determine what structure is having trouble, whether that is skin, muscles, joints, connective tissues, the nerves, stress, tightness, weakness.

 

She has a wide range of tools to help you change your body's story: massage, joint mobilization, neuro re-setting, IASTM, trigger point therapy, brain stimulation, balance training, strengthening.

Wellness in the Woods Sessions

Are you ready to learn how to have tools to care for your whole body: every organ, every emotion, every muscle, every pattern?

Rayna has developed six 2-hour sessions to empower you to facilitate wellness in your body.

 

You can choose to invite up to 3 people to join you.

​

These sessions are also great for couples and families and can be done in-person or video sessions.

Are you ready to change your body, your soul, your life?

 

True Freedom - alignment, authenticity, and autonomy in body and soul.

 

Rayna can facilitate a transformational wellness experience for you surrounded by mountains, creek, and woods.

​

She has found that people have a better chance at creating freedom in their life,  when they start with emotional safety and connection to nature and the Divine.​

​

She has created six 2-day/night stays to give you tools and skills and practice for joy and freedom.​
​​

One of the foundational tools that she teaches is the Joy Protocol, a 10-step guide to creating emotional safety within ourselves. The protocol is an integration of physical, emotional, subconscious, and spiritual tools. 

 

You can choose an individual stay or invite someone. These sessions and stays are great for couples.
