Hello and welcome

Journey Into Freedom

I started my physical therapy journey with a degree in physical therapy from the University of Maryland at Baltimore and then trained in the specialty of orthopedic manual physical therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. I then trained to teach orthopedic manual therapy on the national level.

However, it was not enough. Not for me, and not for my clients. So, I kept adding tools to my toolbox. Some of them are physical and some are emotional and some are mental. I have spent my life studying and applying physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and healing. My work passion is empowering people to know how to work on themselves, along with supporting them along the way.

I believe that everyone can grow and change and that there is hope for healing, autonomy, and freedom no matter what situation we are in. There are many tools to use. There is always a new perspective that can shift things immediately. There is always hope. Feeling fully loved and accepted is the first step. The body, the mind, the heart, or the soul may not be at ease (dis-ease), and there is always a solution to create a life of freedom.

True freedom is knowing when to ask for or accept help and when to do things on our own. It is also knowing when to try to change, and when to accept where we are.
